Complete and submit all health forms:听Student Health Services (SHS) deadline for Immunization Records and Entrance Health forms is听July 15, 2024 but we want to encourage all students to submit their records by the Scripps deadline of July 1, 2024. Each student must upload a completed entrance physical and immunization record obtained from their home doctor, prior school, or military to the . Each student must complete a series of听, including a TB screening form, accessed through the Health Service student portal. Student Mailbox number:听In late July students will be able to log into their housing portal to see their assigned mailbox number. The student鈥檚 mailbox number is important as it is needed to send letters and packages to campus.
